Nemesis bulletin boards: What's New bulletin board, note 7

When you reconnect or while you are connected to Nemesis you might get a
(coloured) message like this:

"Hey, <name>, the Arches and Gods of Nemesis have made a new body for you
and your kind. It would be a good idea to 'modernise' yourself in order to
take advantage of this godly gift. If you need help, check 'help modernise'."

Now, if you are in a save place and NOT in combat and, if you can spare a
minute, you should obtain a new "body" created from the up-to-date version
for your character via the command 'modernise myself' (or 'modernise me').

Please check yourself and your inventory afterwards - especially armours 
and weapons.

Since the resurrection of Nemesis in 2015 really a lot has changed.
This board provides some hints about the most fundamental and/or
