But if I look at a sign or something like that and there isn't too much text
on it, I read it, too!

And I've seen signs like that:
'x sign' -> 'Maybe you should read it?'
'read sign' -> 'It points north and reads: ...'

If I look at a sign, I CAN see the direction it points to, but if I read it, I
can't! (Although it makes sence that you get the direction via 'read sign')

Of course it should be possible to read AND examine signs!

But there are so many signs, they never will all be same.
